Fermerim.com is a classifieds platform that connects farmers, shops, companies, carriers and buyers directly. By registering or using the site you accept the terms below. If you do not agree with them, do not use the platform.
1. What the platform is
Fermerim only hosts listings and puts people in touch. Any sale is a contract between the buyer and the seller; Fermerim is not a party to it and does not guarantee the quality, quantity, delivery or payment of anything traded. The platform takes no commission on any transaction. Revenue comes only from advertising and listing-promotion packages.
2. Your account
You must be 18 to open an account. The details you give at registration must be true and current. You are responsible for your account’s security, above all your password. Anything done from your account counts as done by you. If you believe your password has been exposed, change it immediately. One phone number holds one account. A password is recovered only through a link sent to your e-mail address, which is why an address is required.
3. Posting a listing
A listing must describe a real, available product or service that is yours to sell. The title and description must match the item, and the photographs must be of that item. Phone numbers, messenger handles and links to other sites are not allowed in a listing’s text — contact details are shared only through the platform’s "Show number" button. Listings are screened automatically and reviewed by a moderator where needed. A listing that breaks these rules is not published, or is taken down.
4. What may not be listed
Goods whose trade is restricted or prohibited by law; unregistered pesticides, medicines and veterinary products; endangered animals and products made from them; counterfeit or stolen goods; anything that infringes someone else’s copyright; abuse, threats, hate speech and advertising spam. The list is not exhaustive — the platform may remove content it considers unlawful or unsafe for its users.
5. Messages and contact
A buyer can write to a seller from inside a listing. A conversation is between those two people and is not screened automatically by the platform. Spam, bulk messaging and attempts at fraud are prohibited and such accounts are suspended. If you receive a suspicious offer, do not pay in advance, and report the account to us. Whether you share your phone number in a message is your own choice.
6. Balance, paid packages and refunds
You may hold a balance on the platform and spend it on a VIP, Premium or "bump" package for your own listing. Prices are shown on the site and may change; the price shown at the time of purchase is the one that applies. A package is a digital service delivered immediately, so it is not refundable once it has begun. Buying the same tier again extends the existing period; buying a higher tier starts a new period and absorbs the remainder of the lower one — this is stated on the purchase page. If a listing is removed for breaking these rules, the remainder of a paid period is not refunded.
7. Personal data
Registration collects a name, a phone number and an e-mail address. Your number is never shown on a listing automatically — it is revealed only when a buyer presses "Show number", and each reveal is recorded and rate-limited to prevent abuse. Applying for a farmer, shop or carrier account collects more: where the farm is and how big it is, the main activity, what you produce, an approximate annual output, a VÖEN if you hold one, and any photographs or documents you send. That information is kept for three purposes and is used for nothing else: (1) review of the application by an operator and approval of the account; (2) display on your own profile — farm details are shown publicly; (3) the platform's own statistics, such as what is offered in which region, in aggregate and without personal data. Documents sent for verification (a land extract, a state act, a lease agreement, a power of attorney, an EKTİS record and so on) are shown on no profile and no public page — only the reviewing staff member sees them. A copy of an identity card is never requested. Your data is not sold or passed to third parties; the only exception is where the law directly requires it, such as a formal request from a court or an authorised state body. Where the law does not forbid it, we will tell you if such a request arrives. If you want your account or the documents you sent deleted, contact us; listings and messages may be retained for as long as the law requires.
8. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided as it is. Uninterrupted, error-free operation is not guaranteed. Fermerim is not liable for loss arising from agreements between users, from payments, from delivery or from the quality of goods. Checking who you are dealing with, inspecting the goods and agreeing payment terms are your responsibility.
9. Suspension
An account that breaks these terms may be suspended or deleted without warning. A suspended account’s active listings stop being shown, and the remainder of any paid period is not refunded. You may ask for your own account to be deleted at any time.
10. Changes and governing law
These terms may change. A new version takes effect on the date it is published on this page, and the date at the top is updated. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
