Zaqatalada qoz qurudanda ləpə tündləşir. Qurutma temperaturu 40 dərəcədir. Səbəb nə ola bilər?

Yığımdan sonra çox gözlətməyin. Yaş qoz bir gün qalsa ləpə oksidləşir. Bir də qurutmada hava dövranı olmalıdır.
